Traditional training is too slow, too fragmented, and disconnected from real operations.
The Knowledge Expo™ compresses years of experience into 3 days through hands-on LearningLabs™ led by proven operators.
LearningLabs™ are hands-on training sessions led by proven specialists using real tools, real systems, and real operating frameworks.
Rooted in accelerated training models—from the U.S. Navy to Toyota—this approach is designed to:
| Traditional Conferences | The Knowledge Expo |

| Panels & presentations | Hands-on LearningLabs™ |
| Passive learning | Active problem-solving |
| Generic content | Real plant systems |
| Networking | Working sessions + relationships |

TheExperts™ is a network of proven operators and specialists across every discipline of power plant operations.

Walk out of TheKnowledgeExpo measurably better than you walked in.
This is intentionally small. Because real learning doesn't scale in crowded rooms. If you're responsible for operations, reliability, or performance—this is where you should be.
Save the Date · 2027Sponsorship Opportunities
TheKnowledgeExpo™ attracts plant operators, facility engineers, OEM teams, and infrastructure investors — a highly targeted audience you won't find at a generic industry conference. Limited sponsorship packages available.
Limited to 100 attendees. Seats are allocated on a first-come basis.
Industry Fellowship Program
Many of our LearningLab™ Partners sponsor attendees who genuinely belong in the room. If the registration fee is the only thing standing between you and TheKnowledgeExpo™, reach out — we'll see if we can find a sponsor for you.

TheKnowledgeExpo™ isn't a trade show or a typical conference. It's three days where operators, engineers, technicians, manufacturers, and owners come together to openly share what they've learned over a lifetime. Across 16 LearningLabs™ — TKE 2026, Experts and attendees work through real equipment, real plant problems, and practical lessons that are usually learned over decades in the field. The conversations are honest, the ideas are practical, and the relationships often continue long after everyone goes home.
TheKnowledgeExpo™ 2026 took place September 15–17, 2026 at One Penn Plaza, New York City, hosted by WSP. TKE 2027 will open with a Monday evening Welcome Dinner for Experts. Details to be announced.
